How can I receive my bottles?
At GrtWines, we make the redemption and delivery process easy and seamless for our customers.
1. Select Your NFTs
When a bottle is ready for redemption, please select the bottle to begin the process. Redemption windows are noted on the NFT or token description page.
2. Verify Identity
A KYC process must be completed before you can redeem your wines.
3. Request Redemption
Grant transfer permission for your selected NFT(s) to initiate the redemption process. Once submitted, our team will review your request. Upon approval, you’ll receive an email with the next steps, including shipping and payment instructions. Please ensure your email is correct and monitored.
